ChargeDRIEV - Open Positions
Charge DRIEV is helping drive the transition towards electric mobility with end-to-end EV charging and energy management solutions for home and business segments.
We are headquartered in Oxford, UK with operations in Europe, MEA and Asia. We help global automotive OEMs, Tier 1s, and enterprise customers accelerate their journey in the space of connected cars, EV mobility and smart cities
Charge DRIEV our EV charging solutions platform allows customers and business to seamlessly deploy EV charging infrastructure for their captive use or to launch EV charging as a revenue service
1. TECHNICAL PRE-SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Locations – Multiple - Europe, Middle East and India.
We support a hybrid work-from-home environment
Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities
· Partner with the business development team to support sales activities, scope customer requirements, address technical queries, understand customer business processes, unique requirements, integration with other systems and recommend optimal solutions
· Lead RFQ response, submission of proposal and other technical documentation, customer demo, product education and other pre-sales engagement
· Gain a strong understanding of the ChargeDRIEV, platform, EV charging hardware
· Interface between internal and external software teams, technology/solution providers and hardware partners to help address customer support requests, queries and new feature requests
· Lead implementation and project roll-out with ownership for customer success activities project plan and deliverables. Plan and execute system deployment to production and post go-live stabilization and support
· Guide OEM, enterprise customers and regional partners with on-boarding activities, installation support, and system set up
· Be a trusted resource for customers, to provide valuable guidance around installation, operations, and optimization of the platform through quality service delivery management.
· Monitor metrics of deployed chargers and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary for issue resolution
· Sharing weekly project reports, status, risks and open issues
Requirements
· Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in a technical field - software, engineering
· 3+ years of experience in software project management and/or IT consulting. Good understanding of IT systems integration
· Customer focused, good communication skills and a keen interest to collaborate with teams, customers, partners and solve problems
· Experience and strong understanding of the EV mobility industry would be preferred, but is not mandatory
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Locations – Multiple - Europe, Middle East and India

Full-time / Part-time
Responsibilities
· Responsible for full life-cycle sales and business development in your assigned markets and focus segments
· Lead generation - Build and maintain an active pipeline of customer opportunities and RFQs
· Establish customer relationships, deliver platform demos, and identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities with customers
· Account management – support customers during and post implementation and help them realize the full potential of the Charge Driev platform and EV charging portfolio
· Be the voice of the customer to the internal organization , provide market feedback to drive product road-map, identify new opportunities, segments for growth
· Lead sales campaigns, prepare customer proposals, establish strategic partnerships for growth, creative pricing approaches and business models, negotiate and close deals
· Be the face of Charge DRIEV to a wide portfolio of customers, while helping them define the strategy to scale their EV charging infrastructure and services and reach new potential customers
Requirements
· Bachelors or equivalent degree
· 3+ years of sales / business development experience with a successful track record of top performance in a similar role and demonstrated ability to present to large enterprises and senior executives and win major accounts.
· Experience in presenting commercial proposals and strategic collaborative business models across a range of stakeholders
· Previous experience in EV charging, SaaS solutions is preferred.
· Customer focused, good communication skills and a keen interest to collaborate with teams, customers, partners and solve problems
· Experience and strong understanding of the EV charging industry and standards is preferred
· Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, geographies, products and technical requirements
